Business Development Manager

The Regional Sales Manager will lead the sales and operational execution of accounts across all segments, driving business delivery to our hotel portfolio and enhancing sales within the franchisee's territory. This role requires exceptional negotiation and influencing skills to drive results in a team-oriented and cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
• In charge of Corporate Contracting
• Maintain and bring incremental business as per targets on hotels and existing accounts
• Prospect and develop Corporate Accounts portfolio for Key Markets
• Run Activities and Corporate account profile as per SOP EMEA process
Requirements
• 4 years' experience in active sales and account management with a proven successful track record on an international level
• 3-5 years' experience as a successful account manager (or similar), recent experience from managing large corporate accounts is a must
• Established network and experience in, market knowledge of France is a must
• Exceptional ability to make data-driven business decisions
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to drive results in a team-oriented and cross-functional environment
