Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Join Capijobnew as a Customer Success Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong commercial skills, initiative, and a cheerful attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the economic and qualitative results of your ski service team.
  • Provide exceptional client service and respond to the needs and expectations of our clients.
  • Lead a team of ski service professionals and ensure the administration and maintenance of ski equipment.
  • Promote ski rentals and drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Good computer knowledge and experience in sales and operations.
  • Availability for a period of 6 to 12 months with international mobility.
  • Ski service diploma required.
  • English mandatory; knowledge of other languages is a plus (Japanese, Mandarin, or French).
