As a leading engineering and technology company, we are committed to the energy transition. Our team is dedicated to bringing innovative projects to life, and we are looking for a talented individual to support our HR professionals in managing and updating our HR database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HRBP team and manager in managing and updating our HR database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Collaborate with our in-house team to propose and implement optimal solutions for optimizing the user experience.
- Work closely with our team to identify, resolve, and optimize existing HR processes, ensuring greater efficiency.
- Support the HRBP manager in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators, contributing to informed decision-making.
- Participate in HR projects, depending on your interests, skills, and the company's needs.

Profile Required:
What We Expect From You:
- You are currently studying for a degree (Bac +5) with a specialization in HR, and have already successfully gained initial experience in the field of human resources.
- You have good problem-solving and communication skills, and are a team player.
- Experienced in handling confidential data.
- You have a good command of IT tools (Teams, Excel, Oracle, Forms, etc.).
- Fluency in French and English is recommended.
During this internship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer any questions you may have. This internship will give you the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge.
