At Technip Energies, we're committed to accelerating the energy transition to a better future. As a Data Analyst Intern in our Human Resources Business Partner team, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HRBP team in managing and updating our HR database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Optimize the user experience by analyzing problems encountered by users and collaborating with our in-house team to propose and implement optimal solutions.
- Contribute to HR process improvement by working closely with our team to identify, resolve, and optimize existing HR processes, ensuring greater efficiency.
- Help the HRBP manager monitor and analyze key performance indicators, contributing to informed decision-making.
- Participate in HR projects that align with your interests, skills, and the company's needs.

Requirements:
- You're currently studying for a degree (Bac +5) with a specialization in HR, and have already gained initial experience in the field of human resources.
- You have good problem-solving and communication skills, and are a team player.
- Experienced in handling confidential data.
- You have a good command of IT tools (Teams, Excel, Oracle, Forms, etc.).
- Fluency in French and English is recommended.
During this internship, you'll be accompanied by a tutor to answer any questions you may have. This internship will give you the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge.
