Poste et missionsVous rejoignez l'équipe des « Risques Opérationnels » en tant que Risk Manager. Au quotidien, vous avez pour missions de :
- Collaborer avec d'autres services pour proposer des préconisations et suivre les actions validées en comité des Risques Opérationnels ;
- Analyser en profondeur les incidents opérationnels et suivre l'indemnisation potentielle ;
- Émettre des recommandations et déclarer les incidents dans la base incidents Groupe ;
- Analyser les risques opérationnels en identifiant les défaillances de processus et évaluer le DMR associé ;
- Travailler avec les départements internes et externes pour maîtriser les risques (clients, prestataires, etc.) ;
- Élaborer des reportings de risques pour la Direction Générale et animer des réunions de suivi des risques opérationnels.
En tant que Risk Manager, vous contribuerez à la diffusion de la « culture Risque » au sein d'Ostrum.
