As a Salesforce Consultant at Sollers, you'll play a vital role in advising and guiding our insurance and financial clients through their Salesforce implementation. You'll work closely with clients to design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with their business goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions in the insurance and finance sectors
- Coordinating larger, Agile implementation projects or acting as an independent leader of a project area
- Working closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis
- Providing leadership on Salesforce best practices and driving adoption among client teams
Requirements include:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance in an international environment
- At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce systems implementation, preferably working as a Salesforce Consultant, with a focus on Financial Services Cloud and Insurance
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integration with enterprise systems
- Great command of English language, being fully confident collaborating with English native speakers (at least B2)
- Very good command of French (at least C1 level)
- Ability to work in France and the European Union on a full-time basis
