Customer Relationship Management Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute revenue-generating activities, operating with senior stakeholders and providing a bridge between technical teams and customers.
  • Take responsibility for the overall success of our customers' digital journeys and revenue growth.
  • Manage complex negotiations and long-term customer contracts, minimising cancellation and expanding existing services.
Requirements
  • Business fluency in French.
  • Familiarity with different B2B technologies and the overall marketplace for such products and services.
  • A successful track record of managing contract renewals and driving revenue opportunities within a portfolio.
  • Good analytical abilities to extract value across existing clients within a portfolio.
  • Knowledge of EDI B2B contracts and CRM applications, including Salesforce.
