Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Greenly. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions to our customers in the North American market, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and potential new customers
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams
  • Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes

Requirements:

  • Sales mindset and analytical skills to leverage data in decision making processes
  • Natural ability to develop relationships and care for customers
  • Previous experience in account management or sales
  • Confident interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Excitement about working in a fast-paced environment focused on scalability
