Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Engagement and Relationship Marketing Manager to join our team at EPSILON France. As a key member of our Customer Engagement Department, you will be responsible for driving business development and client satisfaction for a major international client account in the pet food industry.

Your primary focus will be on transforming new opportunities into successful projects, providing strategic consulting through cross-functional recommendations, and ensuring the quality and coordination of deliverables between EPSILON's business teams and the client.

You will also play a key role in tenders, pitches, consultations, and proposals, connecting the dots and ensuring the implementation of strategies. Your expertise in client relationship management, strategic leadership, and project delivery will be essential in driving the success of this role.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience in data marketing/CRM, with a strong background in account management, client management, and consulting management. Your ability to rigorously monitor financial statements, make reliable forecasts, and develop trust through transparent communication will be highly valued.
