- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting
- Coordinate support activities and ensure team alignment
- Perform maintenance and administration tasks to optimize system performance
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team skills
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Linux environments and Digital Workplace solutions
- Advanced knowledge of Linux operating systems and scripting languages
- Proficiency in network management and configuration tools
- Experience with virtualization and cloud environments
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work autonomously and guide teams
- Fluency in technical English and a degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Certification in Linux is a plus
