Manager of Internal Audit Section

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in cross-functional initiatives, specifically audit operations within the AMIEO Region;
- Lead or contribute to audit projects aligned with the sanctioned regional annual Audit Plan;
- Document audit observations and suggestions in a report directed to senior management;
- Monitor the execution of action plans;
- Assist in the JSOX certification process for the AMIEO Region;
- Participate in JSOX evaluations as needed, including quality reviews and quarterly or year-end assessments;
- Comprehend the risk landscape of the AMIEO Region to aid in the formulation of the annual Audit Plan.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate from a prestigious Business School/University or possess an Engineering degree with a focus on Economics, Finance, or Accounting (preferably with CPA, ACCA, DESCG, or CIA certification);
- At least 5-7 years of experience in Finance & Controlling along with external or internal Audit;
- Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous;
- Expertise in Excel; familiarity with SAP is beneficial.
Skills and Competencies:
- Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time;
- Capability to function effectively in a complex and multicultural setting;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential;
- Ability to distill complex processes into concise summaries;
- Focused on business outcomes and proactive in actions.
