**Tactical Adventures: Seeking an IT Manager**



We're a dynamic and creative video game development studio, located in the vibrant city of Paris. As part of our expansion, we're looking for an experienced IT Manager to join our team.



Key Responsibilities



  • Advanced IT Management: Provide technical support and manage IT operations to enable the resolution of hardware, software, and network-related issues.

  • Technical Solutions and Effectiveness: Identify and address complex requirements, workflows, and technology-related pain points. Develop comprehensive solutions to champion IT needs for our Paris office and remote workers.

  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Collaborate with our People Team to ensure seamless IT onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain and enhance existing onboarding workflow automation.

  • Asset Management: Oversee the procurement, tracking, and disposal of IT assets. Manage software licensing, procurement, cost analysis, and audits.

  • IT Systems and Services: Install, support, repair, and maintain advanced computer systems and servers. Monitor performance metrics and respond to service outages.

  • Innovative IT Projects: Lead technical IT projects, ensuring accountability for milestones and deliverables.



Requirements



  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a good level of technical expertise.

  • Passion for automation and improving work efficiency.

  • Experience administering and using the Microsoft 365 E5 suite.

  • Experience with Mimecast for email security, or another similar tool.

  • Endpoint security experience (SentinelOne, CheckPoint, Bitdefender, Windows Defender, etc.).

  • Scripting skills in PowerShell or similar.

  • Working knowledge of virtualization, AWS, VMWare, Proxmox, or equivalent.

  • A good understanding of implementing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.

  • A self-starter, able to multitask, prioritize issues based on severity, and work independently.

  • Maintain close attention to detail and follow a task to completion.

  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing in English and French.

  • A good understanding of networking and localized infrastructure.
