Description of the Mission
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant to Mission Manager for Public Tenders. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of public tenders, as well as providing administrative assistance to the Mission Manager.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist the Public Tenders team in the preparation and submission of public tenders, including the development of tender documents and the coordination of tender processes.
- Participate in the development of tender responses, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that responses meet the requirements of the tender.
- Update and maintain client databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support the development of specific tenders, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted on time.
- Work closely with the Commercial team to ensure that all tender responses are of high quality and meet the expectations of clients.
Responsibilities
- Monitor public tenders and identify opportunities for AFTRAL.
- Analyze tender documents and develop commercial opportunities.
- Develop and submit tender responses, including technical and commercial proposals.
- Update and maintain internal databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Track and report on tender activity, including the development and submission of tenders.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the development of public tenders.
