Job Title: Personal Assistant to Director General

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the Director General's Office at the OECD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director General and Deputy Director of NEA
  • Carry out a full range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Contribute to the overall planning of activities and ensure the smooth running of the Director-General's office
  • Organise official international missions and prepare all travel arrangements

Requirements:

  • Proven relevant experience as a personal assistant to a senior official
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • An excellent written and oral command of one of the two official languages of the OECD (English and French)
