We are seeking a highly skilled Production Support Application Analyst to join our Front Office trading team in New York City. This role is ideal for technically adept individuals with a strong understanding of financial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for front office market access applications.
- Diagnose and rectify issues impacting the production environment.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to improve application performance and reliability.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new system requirements.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal controls.
- Monitor and optimize system performance.
- Document technical issues and maintain a comprehensive log for future reference.
Educational and Professional Requirements
- Degree in finance, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production support within a front office environment, ideally with exposure to market access.
- Strong technical skills and a profound understanding of financial products and the financial market landscape.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving intricate technical issues.
- Knowledgeable in programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) and database management.
