Job Title: Sales Executive

Randox Laboratories, a world leader in diagnostics, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Lille. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and profitability by developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the company's overall growth and profitability by developing and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in areas where Randox is currently unrepresented.
  • Prepare sales reports and sales projections to inform business decisions.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with high-level business partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities for new and current Randox product lines.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and competitor awareness.
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience, preferably within the health sciences sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with proficiency in both French and English languages.
  • Proactive approach and self-starting spirit to challenges in the market.
  • Experience within the French diagnostics market.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize working procedures.
  • High degree of self-motivation and flexibility to work varied hours.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Full driving license.
