Digital Marketing Specialist

CMA CGM is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Communications Strategy Specialist to join our team. As part of our project team designing and supporting the launch of our new loyalty programme, you will be responsible for implementing the external digital marketing and communication strategy to increase the visibility of this new digital product and promote its adoption by digital customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer experience management: Assist technical teams in defining and applying customer experience to achieve loyalty objectives, including defining content in digital environments and designing customer journeys.
- Supporting digital campaigns: Help develop digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEA, social media, email marketing, etc.) and analyse campaign performance to optimise actions.
- Communication campaigns: Provide support for international and regional communication campaigns and analyse their performance to improve impact.
- SEO: Help set up an SEO strategy, analyse its performance, and produce a summary to decide on a GO/NO GO.
- Analysis & reporting: Analyse the impact of marketing and communication actions, prepare regular summary reports, and profile customers.
- Coordination & support: Coordinate teams working on Digital Marketing & Communication issues to ensure deliverables are met on time and to quality.
- Continuous improvement: Responsible for a backlog of initiatives to boost business.
- Master's degree in Digital Marketing/Communications with 3-5 years' experience in a B2B industry.
- Excellent command of digital marketing tools, particularly performance analysis.
- Mastery of analysis tools: EXCEL, Qlik, etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, fluent written and spoken English.
- Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on figures, ability to synthesise.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Experience in a B2B industry in digital marketing is appreciated.
