CMA CGM is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Communications Strategy Specialist to join our team. As part of our digital transformation journey, we are looking for a talented individual to help us design and implement a comprehensive digital marketing and communication strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to increase the visibility of our new loyalty programme and promote its adoption by digital customers.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define and apply customer experience strategies to achieve loyalty objectives.
- Support the development of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEA, social media, and email marketing.
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise actions to achieve set objectives.
- Provide support for the development of international and regional communication campaigns and analyse their performance to improve their impact.
- Implement an SEO strategy, including setting up a pilot and analysing its performance.
- Prepare regular summary reports to analyse the impact of marketing and communication actions and profile customers.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of digital marketing and communication deliverables.
- Master's degree in Digital Marketing/Communications with 3-5 years' experience in a B2B industry.
- Excellent command of digital marketing tools, particularly performance analysis.
- Mastery of analysis tools, including EXCEL and Qlik.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, fluent written and spoken English.
- Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on figures, ability to synthesise.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
