Role Overview
As a Technical Support Specialist at Axians, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the management of the outsourced information system monitoring service. This position is situated within the Information Systems Department (ISD), where you will be the key facilitator between various internal and external teams.
- Oversee and coordinate outsourced information system monitoring operations.
- Ensure compliance with established standards regarding system performance, availability, and security.
- Monitor and manage the resolution of incidents and requests.
- Collaborate effectively with both internal and external teams to optimize resolution times.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal ISD teams and the outsourced service provider.
- Promote clear and effective communication among all stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports detailing the performance of the monitoring service.
- Analyze performance trends, identify areas for improvement, and suggest corrective measures.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams on the effective use of the monitoring service.
- Enhance awareness of best practices and security protocols among teams.
- Continuously assess the quality of services provided by the outsourced service.
- Implement processes for ongoing improvement.
Candidate Profile
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in English is essential.
Professional Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing outsourced services related to information system monitoring.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of incident and request management protocols.
- Advanced analytical skills for interpreting monitoring data.
