Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment. Relevant technical or trade certifications. Proficient in building operations, including HVAC systems, high-pressure steam boilers, and general maintenance skills. Ability to utilize general repair tools, interpret technical drawings, and estimate material requirements. Strong communication skills. Creative and practical problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Capable of lifting, carrying, kneeling, pushing, and pulling. Comfortable ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and ramps. Additional InformationWork Eligibility: Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
