Industrial Electricity Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Business Development Specialist to join our team at VINCI Energies in France. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our industrial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our Sales Managers to develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, leveraging your expertise in industrial electricity and automation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with our technical teams to provide expert advice and support to clients, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Contribute to the development of sales forecasts, reports, and other business intelligence to support informed decision-making.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the industrial electricity or automation sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial electricity and automation, with a solid understanding of electrical systems and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
