Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Banquet Attendant to join our team at Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi Centre. As a Banquet Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events and functions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in all aspects of food and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and transport all supplies required for the set-up of a function
- Assist in the set up and break down function rooms according to standard operating procedures
- Prepare and ensure mise-en-place is complete
- Deliver F&B/banquet services in accordance to departmental standards and procedures
- Ensure that all service and storage areas are kept safe, clean and locked
- Report any complaints, incidents or any other irregularities to management
- Perform functions of cashiering and dispensing of beverages as assigned
- Assist Food & Beverage Outlets in their operations within peak times when needed
- Perform other duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel
Requirements
- Minimum College education
- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language. Fluently Vietnamese.
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
