**Job Title:** Banquet Attendant
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Banquet Attendant to join our team at Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi Centre. As a Banquet Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events and functions, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Organize and transport all necessary supplies for event setup
* Assist in setting up and breaking down function rooms according to standard operating procedures
* Prepare and ensure mise-en-place is complete
* Deliver food and beverage services in accordance with departmental standards and procedures
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
* Report any incidents or irregularities to management
* Perform cashiering and dispensing of beverages as assigned
* Assist Food & Beverage Outlets during peak times
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements:**
* Minimum college education
* Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language
* Fluently Vietnamese
* Good communication and customer contact skills
* Service-oriented with attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively in a team
