Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Banquet Attendant to join our team at Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi Centre. As a Banquet Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events and functions, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and transport all supplies required for the set-up of a function
- Assist in the set up and break down function rooms according to standard operating procedures
- Prepare and ensure mise-en-place is complete
- Deliver F&B/banquet services in accordance to departmental standards and procedures
- Ensure that all service and storage areas are kept safe, clean and locked
- Report any complaints, incidents or any other irregularities to management
- Perform functions of cashiering and dispensing of beverages as assigned
- Assist Food & Beverage Outlets in their operations within peak times when needed
- Perform other duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel
Requirements
- Minimum College education
- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language. Fluently Vietnamese.
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
