Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy for our enterprise clients.

You will be the main point of contact between the company and a set of named enterprise accounts, providing insights to customers to ensure they get the most out of our solution(s). You will also be the voice of the customer when dealing with our Product Management, Professional Services, and Support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients with projects running simultaneously
  • Provide exceptional client-facing skills and excellent time management skills
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate closely with our Sales team to support renewals and expansion opportunities
  • Understand each customer's outcomes by communicating with key stakeholders, analyzing customer health metrics, running Customer satisfaction surveys, and supporting Customer Innovation Workshops

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Credit Manager in large organizations
  • Strong knowledge of Receivables Management technology
  • Success working in a fast-paced environment with a rapidly growing company
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or relevant field
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Open to some travel to meet with customers
