The Aveda Consumer Marketing Assistant plays a pivotal role in personal and professional development within the team. Their responsibilities are designed to foster growth and contribute to overall success of the marketing strategy:
- Assist the Senior Consumer Marketing Manager in her strategic scope, through market research and social listening, cultivating analytical thinking.
- Assist in KPI tracking and analysis nurturing leadership and a sense of ownership over campaign outcomes.
- Contribute to build Go-To-Markets toolkits and support VM briefing, providing a hands-on opportunity to refine communication and strategic skills.
Key tasks:
- Support in briefing visual merchandise for effective communication strategy and execution.
- Conduct market research and social listening to identify actionable trends.
- Assist in KPI tracking and analysis to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Provide support in presentations and deck building for internal and external meetings.
- Organize and facilitate chairing meetings, ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders.
- Structure and manage the team calendar, ensuring all tasks are prioritized.
- Add creative value to projects, contributing fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Assist the affiliates ensuring constant support, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, leveraging consumer insights.
About You
Available for a 6-month internship starting in July.
Internship agreement mandatory.
Minimum Education Level: University degree (or on track to graduate).
Minimum Years and Area of Experience: 1-2 previous internships/work experience ideal.
Required Language Proficiency: Fluent or strong understanding of English.
Licenses or Certifications: Eligible to work in France.
