Nous recherchons un Business Development Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe à Luxembourg. En tant que Business Development Manager, vous serez chargé de développer et de mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente efficaces pour cibler les secteurs clés.
MissionVotre mission sera de rechercher activement de nouvelles opportunités de clients et de marchés sur le marché B2B. Vous agirez en tant qu'ambassadeur de confiance et informerez les clients et les prospects des nouveautés et des tendances du secteur.
Compétences requises- Négociation et communication centrée sur le client
- Expérience dans la vente
- Motivation et capacité à communiquer de manière convaincante
- Approche commerciale et orientée vers le client
- Capacité à comprendre les besoins des clients et à les traduire en une offre attrayante
- Connaissance du marché et capacité à développer un plan de prospection
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et structurée
- Intégrité et capacité à gagner la confiance des clients et des collègues
Maîtrise du français et idéalement du luxembourgeois (l'allemand est un atout)
