As the Key Account Management (KAM) Excellence Leader at Somfy Group, you will be the cornerstone of the KAM community, driving it towards a future characterized by growth and customer-focused innovations.
Your role is crucial in establishing the highest standards of key account management, and your leadership will directly influence our success.
Main ResponsibilitiesKAM Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant and interactive environment that promotes best practice sharing, collaborative problem-solving, and collective advancement.
Capability Development: Equip key account managers with the essential knowledge, tools, and practices required to nurture growth and maintain meaningful relationships with key clients.
KAM Process Oversight: Lead the KAM process by facilitating governance and consolidating market needs on a global scale.
Project Coordination: Ensure the smooth execution of significant KAM projects by identifying and resolving obstacles.
Performance Evaluation: Monitor performance metrics related to the group's strategic customers, spearheading initiatives aimed at enhancing these outcomes.
You possess a master's degree and have at least 5 years of successful international experience in managing key accounts, particularly with industrial clients.
Your Key Skills Include:Strategic Insight: Exceptional strategic thinking, capable of envisioning and executing initiatives that drive long-term success.
Business Acumen: In-depth understanding of business operations, including financial, market, and organizational dynamics.
Account Management Expertise: Proven track record in managing and scaling key accounts, leveraging past successes.
Leadership: Natural leader, able to guide, inspire, and elevate those around you.
Collaborative Spirit: Thrives in team environments and excels at working alongside others to achieve shared goals.
Communication & Influence: Outstanding communicator with the ability to influence and drive decisions in fast-paced settings.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken, to succeed in our diverse global landscape.
