Job Summary
We are currently looking for a motivated Project Manager to support our sales teams in cost estimation for new contracts and contract retention in the Multi-technical field.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze technical specifications to ensure feasibility and identify potential risks
- Assess client needs and provide quantified data for technical proposals, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Support Development Managers in proposal preparation and presentation, highlighting key benefits and value-added services
- Participate in site visits and sales pitches, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in technical services sales, preferably in the commercial real estate market
- Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with the commercial real estate market, including industry trends and best practices
- High mobility and client-oriented attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using technical tools and software, including project management and collaboration platforms
- Fluency in English is a plus, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
