We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our commercial team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships through various channels, including phone, email, and CRM/EDI tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer orders through our ERP system
  • Coordinate inventory management and anticipate customer demand
  • Plan and track shipments with transportation providers and logistics teams
  • Generate and track invoices
  • Manage administrative tasks related to RFPs
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for managers and sales teams

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in customer service and sales support. You should have experience with CRM software and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of CRM software
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in English is a plus
