Job Title: Field Refrigeration Technician (H/F)

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Refrigeration Technician to become a vital part of our team. Your main responsibility will be to deliver expert technical support and high-quality service to ensure optimal operation of refrigeration systems at various client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute service tasks while ensuring client satisfaction
  • Prioritize safety in all operations
  • Enhance equipment efficiency through technical upgrades, preventive maintenance, and commissioning
  • Comply with safety regulations, including those set by clients
  • Maintain regular communication with team members
  • Gather technical data for equipment enhancements
  • Engage in business initiatives within your area, collaborating with the service team
  • Implement the Quality management system in all tasks

Willingness to travel across the country may be necessary.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in refrigeration technology
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in electricity, hydraulics, and air mechanics
  • Familiarity with communication protocols

You should possess excellent interpersonal abilities, a strong customer service orientation, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team. Demonstrating independence, initiative, and a commitment to personal growth is essential.
