We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HRIS Project Manager & People Analytics to drive our HRIS landscape and enhance operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee functional testing and acceptance of HR systems.
- Ensure data quality of HR data in coordination with responsible departments.
- Conduct HR system trainings and manage training materials.
- Create and maintain comprehensive Human Capital Management and HR metrics, dashboards, and reports.
- Support various departments and projects with required HR data.
- Offer data-based recommendations for HR strategies and initiatives.
- Master's degree or higher education in Data Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant areas.
- ~5+ years of HRIS Project Management & Data Analytics experience.
- Experience in HR and with People data.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other HCM systems.
