Job Title: Industrial Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Director to join our team at Dover Corporation. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for promoting and increasing sales of our products in the region.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in industrial B2B sales, with a strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance
  • Provide information and insights to support business decisions
  • Protect company confidential information

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial B2B sales
  • Fluency in English and other European languages
  • Engineering bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to grasp customer supply chain tools and methods
  • Proficient in analytical and productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel and Salesforce

What We Offer:
