Job Title: Country Sales Manager

Adisseo Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Sales Manager to join our team in France. As a vital member of our EU team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and increasing turnover in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, maximizing sales opportunities and understanding customer demands.
  • Manage exclusive and non-exclusive distributors and agents, and organize the activities of Technologists and Specialty Tech Sales Managers in the field.
  • Design and implement tailored action plans for each customer, driving projects from inception to completion with the support of Product Managers and Technical Advisers.
  • Lead various tasks including project management, strategic planning, relationship management, negotiation, and innovative development of opportunities.
  • Keep meticulous records of sales and purchases of Adisseo products, under the guidance of the Area Sales Director South.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in sales within the feed industry.
  • Experience in selling technical products or processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • A willingness to travel to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support business activities.
