We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team in Paris. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale software
