Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including sign companies, lighting designers, display manufacturers, and distributors
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities and up-sell to existing customers
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring timely and accurate sales offers
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans, leading commercial negotiations and ensuring profitable revenue growth
  • Accurately forecast and achieve sales targets
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and follow-up on customer assignments and projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or relevant discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management in the B2B solutions industry
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Proven track record and knowledge in the LED signage or LED architectural lighting industry
  • Key account planning skills with a focus on strategic relationship development
  • Proven ability to achieve ambitious sales targets and understand complex sales cycles at a strategic level
