About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Product Lead to oversee the development of our performance product portfolio at Teads. As a key member of our Product team, you will be responsible for driving product strategy and execution, collaborating with global and local stakeholders, and managing a team of Product Managers and Product Data Analysts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define clear product strategy and create best-in-class roadmaps for outperforming competitors with innovative and disruptive ideas.
  • Manage transversal and complex product releases communication having cross-team dependencies.
  • Interact with clients, publishers, and agencies on a regular basis to amplify the impacts of the releases.
  • Be comfortable in being strongly involved to define the marketing and business position of your product area.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master degree in marketing or engineering.
  • Proven experience of 10+ years as a Product Manager in the ad-tech industry.
  • A previous experience in Performance advertising (mid-funnel, lower-funnel, and/or Retail Media) is a must.
  • Ability to efficiently communicate and collaborate with different departments (sales, business, engineering).
  • Understanding of the product from a technology perspective.
  • Passionate, innovative, and fast learner.
  • Fluent in English and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead by example and inspire teams.
