About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Product Lead to join our team at Teads. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our performance product portfolio.
What You Will Do
- Manage a team of Product Managers and Product Data Analysts to drive product strategy and execution.
- Collaborate with global and local stakeholders across all departments to ensure alignment and success.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration and create a motivating vision and strategy for your team's scope and beyond.
- Define clear product strategy and create best-in-class roadmaps for outperforming competitors with innovative and disruptive ideas.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product from a technology perspective.
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and drive innovation within the team.
