We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Product Lead to join our team at Teads. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our performance product portfolio, driving product strategy and execution, and collaborating with global and local stakeholders across all departments.
Key Responsibilities- Define clear product strategy and create best-in-class roadmaps for outperforming competitors with innovative and disruptive ideas.
- Manage a team of Product Managers and Product Data Analysts, drive product design and delivery, and ensure the impacted stakeholders are up to date with the relevant milestones and any changes to the initial plan.
- Manage transversal and complex product releases communication having cross-team dependencies, interact with clients, publishers, and agencies on a regular basis to amplify the impacts of the releases, and be comfortable in being strongly involved to define the marketing and business position of your product area.
- Bachelor or Master degree in marketing or engineering.
- Proven experience of 10+ years as a Product Manager in the ad-tech industry.
- A previous experience in Performance advertising (mid-funnel, lower-funnel, and/or Retail Media) is a must.
- Ability to efficiently communicate and collaborate with different departments (sales, business, engineering).
- Understanding of the product from a technology perspective.
- Passionate, innovative, and fast learner.
- Fluent in English and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Lead by example and inspire teams.
