About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the optical and photonics domain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability in this specific product line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales quotas and revenue objectives for the Ansys Optical Portfolio (Lumerical, Speos, Zemax)
  • Collaborate with field and enterprise sales teams to drive product and service revenue
  • Effectively contribute to all stages of the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals
  • Communicate product capabilities, success stories, and winning strategies to the sales and technical teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in technical, engineering, business, or related field
  • 4+ years of sales or consulting experience in selling engineering/technology applications, with a proven track record of success
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Ability to network using direct or indirect technology
