Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Kids Club Entertainer to join our team at Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort. As a key member of our recreational team, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for our young guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Fun and Relaxing Activities: Promote a positive and energetic attitude to create a welcoming environment for children in all recreational activities and areas.
  • Provide Excellent Guest Service: Offer information to guests about available recreation facilities, activities, lessons, and equipment, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
  • Ensure Safety and Security: Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility to ensure the safety and welfare of guests and members.
  • Emergency Response: Respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedure in the event of an emergency, providing assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment, informing the supervisor/manager of low supply items.
  • Adhere to Company Policies: Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information, and protecting company assets.
  • Guest Relations: Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and thanking guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Team Collaboration: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, complying with quality assurance expectations and standards.
