Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Kids Club Entertainer to join our team at Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort. As a key member of our recreational team, you will be responsible for creating a fun and relaxing atmosphere for our guests, promoting a range of activities and facilities, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Activity Promotion: Develop and implement engaging recreational programs for children and families, promoting a fun and relaxed atmosphere in all recreational areas.
  • Facility Management: Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities, activities, lessons, and equipment, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and safe for use.
  • Emergency Response: Respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedures in the event of an emergency, providing assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks of supplies, materials, and equipment, informing the supervisor/manager of low supply items.
  • Customer Service: Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs, and ensuring a positive experience for all.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Relevant education and experience in a related field, such as recreation, education, or hospitality.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for creating fun and engaging experiences for children and families.
