Job Summary

We are seeking a highly energetic and enthusiastic Kids Club Entertainer to join our team at Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort. As a key member of our recreational team, you will be responsible for creating a fun and relaxing atmosphere for our guests, promoting a range of activities and facilities, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Activity Promotion: Develop and implement engaging recreational programs for children and families, promoting a fun and relaxed atmosphere in all recreational areas.
  • Guest Services: Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and offering information on available recreation facilities, activities, and equipment.
  • Safety and Security: Oversee activities in the recreational facility, respond to emergencies, and provide assistance to injured guests until medical services arrive.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks, reporting low supply items to supervisors, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of recreational programs, maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
