Orange Business Services is seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce and Marketplace Technical Director to lead the development of our new IT system supporting our digital and omnichannel B2B strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of showcase websites and ecommerce assets for our customers and users.
Main tasks include recruiting a team of top IT ecommerce professionals and partnering with local System Integrators. You will ensure quality deliveries and align with customer trends to maximize digital value in our dynamic market.
Your role will involve maintaining strong relationships with key internal counterparts, including System Teams, CTO, Design Authority, Marketing Digital, Business Lines, GDO, and commercial Zones. You will be supported by technical leaders who will define the development framework and methods in Opensource to enhance deliverable quality, team velocity, and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the technical and organizational roadmap for your area, including evolutions, integrations, migrations, and reorganizations.
- Enhance quality, standardization, and reusability of components by applying best development practices.
- Improve customer satisfaction for showcase portals and ecommerce/marketplace assets.
- Manage team dynamics and the evolution of competencies to foster a positive work environment.
- Autonomous, proactive, and transparent.
- Solution-oriented with a keen interest in technological innovation.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead and unify teams.
- User experience focused, emphasizing quality and customer satisfaction.
- Creative thinker with flexibility in adapting to new models.

- Familiarity with technologies and solutions for showcases (brand sites), ecommerce, and marketplace sites.
- Knowledge of the market and best practices in eCommerce.
- Experience launching new activities from the ground up.
- Experience with company transformations.
- Familiarity with Orange Business IT and a personal network.
