Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Sales Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract, with potential for permanent placement in the Commercial Catering sector. This role will be based in the Thionville Luxembourg area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Promote a diverse range of products, including unique offerings from our production facilities.
- Ensure adherence to pricing strategies and renegotiate offers as necessary.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will possess:
- Experience in B2B sales within the out-of-home catering industry.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in managing cold chain logistics.
- Strong skills in office software applications.
Compensation and Benefits:
The remuneration package includes a competitive base salary, uncapped bonuses and commissions based on performance metrics, a company vehicle, fuel card, toll badge, meal vouchers, smartphone, laptop, discounts on Sysco products, health insurance, and participation in bonus schemes.
Work Schedule:
This position offers a Monday to Friday work schedule and is classified as a cadre status role.
