Job Mission
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Team Leader - Data Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Chartres. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing a team of accountants and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality accounting services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management & Oversight: Supervise and mentor a team of 5 accountants, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success.
- Data Accuracy & Reliability: Oversee the finalization of client accounts and prepare comprehensive end-of-mission reports in collaboration with senior accountants. Conduct thorough reviews to ensure data accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients by conducting balance sheet meetings, providing insightful analysis, and identifying opportunities for new service engagements. Contribute to the growth and development of your client portfolio.
- Technical Expertise & Analysis: Lead and execute complex technical studies, including financial evaluations, management analyses, and forecasting projections. Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in an accounting firm, with proven managerial experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and digital tools.
