Senior Data Architect

CEVA Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Architect to join our Global IT Data and Digital organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a cloud-based data platform, including data model designs, database development standards, and management of data warehouses and data analytics systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a cloud-based data platform
- Identifying data sources and working out a plan for data management
- Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Managing end-to-end data architecture
- Planning and execution of big data solutions
- Defining and managing the flow of data and dissemination of information
- Integrating technical functionality and ensuring data accessibility, accuracy, and security
Requirements:
- Master's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT systems design or development
- Minimum 5 years of experience gained in data architecture and delivering large scale analytics data platforms environments
- Knowledge of systems development, including system development life cycle, project management approaches, requirements, design, and testing techniques
- Proven experience in design and building data models, data domains, and understanding business data products
- Understanding of predictive modeling, AI models and technologies, data mining, visualization, and machine learning
- Ability to implement common data management and reporting technologies
- Strong and broad knowledge of latest technology stacks and trends, cloud-based data platforms and data lakes
- Experience with data integration methods and technologies
- Understanding of business strategy and ability to deliver recommendations in sync with key objectives
- Capacity to coordinate and collaborate with users, system designers, and developers
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Fluent English and proven practice
