Productivity Product Owner

Our Beauty Tech division is changing the game and leading the shift towards new consumer realities and a digital disruption.

As a Product Owner of Individual Productivity, you will be responsible for building the future of some major Digital Workplace services. You will work closely with the Employee Experience and Business Platforms teams to collect and understand internal customers' needs. Your goal will be to define the services roadmap, prioritize requests, and develop action plans and timelines.

You will be the key point of contact for the services under your responsibility and will define services ambitions. You will also be responsible for ensuring service quality, promoting services, and driving continuous improvement.

We are looking for people who are curious, collaborative, entrepreneurial, strategic thinkers, and who value innovation & team spirit. If you have +5 years' experience in similar positions, strong capacities to analyze, simplify, and define realistic action plans, and an innovative mindset, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and guarantee group standards
  • Find the right balance between standardizing and answering all Business needs from internal customers
  • Ensure the respect of Security, Data Privacy, and Sustainability requirements on your Services

Requirements:

  • +5 years' experience in similar positions
  • Strong capacities to analyze, simplify, and define realistic action plans
  • Innovative mindset
  • Strong adaptation capacities in complex and changing contexts
  • Strong project/program management skills
