CAE Inc is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our Business Aviation team. As a key member of our global sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing profitable business opportunities within our business unit's domain.
The assigned territory for this role covers the UK, France, Italy, and Luxembourg. With a focus on revenue management, you will also be responsible for generating new business and ensuring that opportunities are identified at the earliest stage to facilitate initial marketing contacts and positioning.
Key Responsibilities:- Market analysis and competitor research to identify business opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Manage the bid process, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Present bid strategies to senior management and negotiate with customers
- Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
- Business aviation or airline experience desirable
- Thorough sales and marketing experience within a project environment
- Experience of managing the bid process
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and fluency in English and German
