You will work in tandem with the Marketing department to create cohesive marketing campaigns, tailor messaging for the local market, and articulate the field's requirements for effective market engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute field marketing strategies that align with regional sales objectives
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive campaigns and integrated programs, coordinating with local sales teams to foster consistent lead generation
  • Plan, execute, and assess a range of regional initiatives, including brand activations, partner collaborations, and trade exhibitions (both virtual and in-person)
  • Spearhead the development of localized sales and demand generation materials (such as product videos, one-pagers, presentations, and customer testimonials)
  • Evaluate outcomes, analyze metrics, and report on the effectiveness and performance of marketing activities to the organization

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in high-tech B2B enterprise software or SaaS is essential
  • Fluent Spanish speaker with a background in marketing to Spanish-speaking audiences
  • Expertise in the Iberian/LATAM SMB markets, leveraging marketing strategies effectively
  • Familiarity with Marketo & Salesforce (or similar platforms)
  • Proven experience in crafting fully integrated marketing strategies tailored to the region
  • A proactive and positive mindset, coupled with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to think creatively and resourcefully in a dynamic startup or scale-up environment
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines with minimal oversight
